How do I take part in The Collective Plant 'Try Me Free'?
To take part in this promotion and qualify for your money back, you will need to;
  • Purchase a qualifying The Collective Plant Yoghurt tub, featuring a promotional flash within the period 7th June 2021 - 15th August 2021.
  • Try the product, visit the promotional website and complete the online claim form, with the following:
    • Personal details, including full name, email address, bank account number and sort code, flavour purchased and the name of the store you purchased from.
    • Upload a photograph of your pack, clearly showing the promotional sticker.
    • Upload an image of your itemised till receipt, showing purchase of a qualifying The Collective Plant product. The receipt must also clearly show the retailer name, receipt number and date of purchase.
    • Tell us what you thought of the product in 15 words or more.
  • Once the claim has been processed you will receive your money back to the bank account you provided within 28 days.
  • Please ensure you submit your claim no later than 5th September 2021.
Where will I find promotional packs?

Do I need to keep my receipt?

Yes, you will need your receipt in order to claim your money back. Please keep your original itemised till or online receipt until you have received your money back, as it may be required for further verification.

I have purchased more than one promotional The Collective Plant Yoghurt, can I make a claim for each product?

Unfortunately, The Collective Plant 'Try Me Free' offer is limited to one claim per email address and per bank account. Please note that claims are limited to one per till receipt regardless of the number of The Collective Plant products purchased.

After submitting your details on the promotion website, you will receive an email confirming whether your application was valid or invalid within 14 days.

My till receipt has been rejected, what should I do?

Sorry to hear your till receipt has been rejected. Please check the email you received for further instructions on how to rectify your claim.

Unfortunately, till receipts may only be used once regardless of the number of The Collective Plant products purchased. Please ensure that your till receipt has not already been used in a valid claim by another member of your household before attempting to resubmit your claim.

Invalid date/Invalid purchase date
Receipts are only valid if they are dated between 7th June 2021 and 15th August 2021. Unfortunately, you will be ineligible if you purchased your The Collective Plant product outside of these dates.

Did not purchase qualifying Items
The till receipt image provided doesn't show purchase of a qualifying The Collective Plant product from a participating retailer. Please revisit to resubmit your claim, ensuring the image clearly shows the purchase of a The Collective Plant Yoghurt, the name of the store and the date purchased.

Not a full receipt/ Not legible
Unfortunately, some details were missing or unreadable on the image you provided. Please check the images that you uploaded and ensure that the entire receipt is legible from top to bottom, including all four corners. For longer receipts, scan or take pictures in sections and select them all when uploading. Please make sure that the store name, date of purchase, receipt number and product are legible in your image(s) and revisit to resubmit your claim.
